First Flight couriers is very bad in service and response from branches, I have sent one consignment under POD #J991M4966549 on 21st of March 2016 and it is still kept at destination branch from last four days. when I tried to call on customer care number and regional offices, branch office then found that they are not responding phone calls they were disconnected calls several times. after long time they received my call and tolled the today we will deliver the consignment.
Due to the delay in delivery I am having to wear loss of Rs. 18000/-
So I would like to suggest to all of you, please do not use the service of First Flight courier.
