I have used the services of First Flight Courier before but this time it was more than worst experience of mine with First Flight Courier Services. I had a consignment to be delivered at my place on 29th of previous month i.e. 29th June 2016 from First Flight Courier Services but unfortunately I did’t get any updates or call from First Flight Courier Services. When I checked on website of First Flight Courier, it shows "Product Is Out For Delivery". I kept on trying calling their contact number which was mentioned on First Flight Courier Website but unfortunately nobody responded my call. I emailed them but till now I have not recieved any positive updates for my consignment from First Flight Courier Services. Yesterday, I got a call from a guy & he said my product got returned to the Sender as I was not contactable over the phone. My question is, when this courier service had my address alongwith landmark & everything then why didn’t he deliver the consignment at my place & stupidily returned back my consignment to the sender. First Flight is the worst courier service I have ever used.
