I have recently used first flight courier service.I would like to share my personal experience with this courier service.I have to deliver some product to my relative and it is very urgent.This courier service deliver my product 10 days late and it caused many problems to me.When I went to first flight office staff there misbehaved and showed a very careless attitutde.In my view it is worst courier service ever.
