I send a courier from Jamshedpur to Hyderabad. when it didn’t reach the destination after 3 days, I tried to inquire at the Hyderabad center, I kept on ringing the whole day, the phone just rang and nobody picked it up. the consignment finally got delivered after 2 days. It contained a demand draft of 80k for my brother’s admission.
Thankfully the authorities were good that they accepted the draft even after the last day but first flight could have easily spoilt his career. never rely on them when it comes to important courier. The worst customer care ever.
