First Flight is the Worst Courier I have ever used. They have very pathetic staff with pathetic service. I had sent one very very important document from this courier company but it never reached there neither it has reached back to me till now. I am still waiting for my document.
When I am calling their customer care and there franchise, they are speaking in very bad manner and telling that they don’t know where is my parcel when it is reached we will inform you and don’t call us again and again. It was such a important parcel but they don’t care, there customer care center had given me the no. of the branch where my parcel need to be delivered themselves.
I had called that number and it was confirmed that they have branch there, destination branch told me that my parcel is not reached there. But the response I got from customer care is that parcel is returned to origin because of no service, when there is the service which is confirmed by customer care of first flight itself. I have no idea had they ever sent the parcel, where is it, when will it reach me?
I don’t know where to report about such a pathetic courier company. What a waste company, please never send your parcels from first flight.
