First Flight Couriers

Hi Friends,

I had very recent experience with First Flight Couriers, Bangalore.

It is the worst service in India.

1. There is no proper tracking details.

   
   




2. Agents don’t know where your parcel / in which branch office.

   
   




3. No proper response from the agents.

   
   




4. If you log a request in their customer care, no use of it.

   
   




5. Agents deals too hardly with your parcel. - too many damages.

   
   




6. If your address is well clear and located in main surrounding areas, then there is 10% chance to receive your courier. Else courier boy even not visit at your near by location and updates in their (office database) like "Wrong address". And send back your courier to main branch (Marathalli).

   
   




7. You should follow to inquire about your courier by getting respective branch agents phone numbers.

   
   




8. You request them to send back to your location branch and then you have to collect yourself.

   
   




9. The complete process will take minimum 4-5 days.

   
   




10. Here if you have a luck you will get your courier else.God only knows where it is. (because we don’t have SEARCH (F3) buttons in real life to track your courier here on the Earth).
