I think they have a major problem of Pending-INTERNAL MISROUTE. I sent a document from Metro A to Metro B and the status is Pending-INTERNAL MISROUTE. If they make mistakes in routing documents to Metros itself, I really wonder about other small cities. I searched and found lot of complaints related to Pending-INTERNAL MISROUTE.
What they don’t understand is that some documents are worth only when they reach in time. If they can’t keep the promise of delivering in 2 days, then it’s a problem.
Don’t understand how can they misroute after saying one day party was not available(And I know for sure there was always someone there to receive the document in case it is already at destination location). As per their website status it is in the destination location for the last 4 days but not able to deliver to home.

Update: It was finally delivered on 22nd Oct. If we believe the tracking status on their website, it took them 1 day to get the document from origin to destination(thanks to train or flight), but took them 5 days to deliver from their office to home(thanks to their employees)!
