I have bad experience with First source solution(Chennai). I worked in first source solution for one year in Axis Bank Process. My experience is very bad. In this company salary is very less. They only give RS- 6500/ for every employee. Apart from this they proved incentive but when salary is credited we not got actual amount of incentive. when we ask for less incentive team leader said incentive is reduces because of late login, got fetal give so many reason. In this company one thing is good they give salary on time.
