I’ve placed the order in the mid march 2008. It is over one month and I did not receive my book. I made two STD calls. In the first call I was told that the book will be shipped the next day. Since I did not receive the book in a weeks time after the call, I called them again to find out the status. To my surprise, I was told that the book was not available with them and they’re contacting the publisher and they’ll contact me the next day. It is over another week now; nothing has happened. Absolutely pathetic service from firstandsecond.com.
I’m from Bangalore and I could not find this book in the local store. Good that I ordered only one book on this site. The other books were purchased from a local book store.
A good advise from my experience: do not buy books from firstandsecond.com.
