I placed an order of three books on this site and received my order.
I found one of the books edition was not the one I asked for. I informed them and they have not coorperated in a good manner and its been over 2 weeks now about this. The invoice they mentioned in mails and even in courier was written without any edition name but our order details on the internet had them all.
The customer service agent failed to agree with me and instead of sending me the correct edition back they asked me to send the book back and wait for the new one.
I even agreed that I will return the book once I receive mine back. Shocked to see no reply from them.
This makes us customers difficult to check details and these guys can play with us easily.
I think we should go to the consumer court against these guys. Such things should be stopped.
Anyone having similar experience can join in and we can help other people from being treated like this.
