I had ordered for a book after confirming the availability of the book on the net. I was immediately charged for the book on the credit card and then I received an email saying that the delivery is delayed. SO, I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money. So, they cancelled my order and privide some credits to me for shopping on the credit next time. But I do not want to shop with them anymore. Now, they ahve turned deaf ears with emails bouncing back and no one answering my phone calls.
I have lost hopes of getting my money back.
Can anyone suggest a way to teach these people a lesson.
I am also worried as they may have details of my credirt card which they may misuse...
