BEWARE!

These guys have the dubious distinction of being the most inefficient bunch of clowns you can hope to find in the whole wide world of e-commerce. I don’t think they are frauds by intention, but going by results, you wouldn’t know the difference.

Somebody with time on their hands should sue them just to find out how much money they have received, how many orders they have dispatched, how many refunds they have given and after deducting the latter two from the first, how much illgotten profits they have accrued.

The sorry saga starts from the modes of payment. They offered payment through Reliance webworld, wasted two days and realised that perhaps that works only in Delhi, if anything at this company works, which I doubt.

Wasted a few more days trying to pay through Centurion, which was a problem since these clowns hadn’t issued me a CATS code which the bank wanted. Finally managed a deposit but then after a few days had to remind the jokers that the payment had been made.

No delivery... ’’the book (and our brains) is awaited from a secondary warehouse’’. Maybe their CEO could not find it in the flea market.

No dates... went back and forth endlessly. You send a mail to them through the web form. They send you a dumb reply... you reply to the mail which bounces because they have no space on their mail server. You go back to the web form, also inform them about the error on their mail server. Repeat reading this paragraph about 4-5 times to get a flavour of what I went through.

They finally tire of me and THEY cancel MY order.

No book.... No refund. I’m glad I didn’t trust them with my credit card details. Boy! what fun they would have had with that.
