This is in continuation to my earlier review posted in July this year.
I have still not received my DVD and no longer do any auto generated mails come in.
Their Web-site is also down - so it is quite possible they are attempting to run away !
The good news is that I finally got hold of their phone numbers.
The people to scream at are : Nishant and Lalit, and if you are lucky, the owner Mr. Bindra.

I would be very happy if we all frustrated customers got together and gave them a piece of our collective minds !!
I would strongly warn people about this site ! I had placed an order for the ’’Hell Freezes Over’’ DVD on May 28th 2003. The same day the money was debited from my credit card. Today is the 10th of July - STILL NO DVD.
Worse - This item was featured specially on their home page ! They should have had it in stock.
Worser - Their Customer Service mailbox is full, so I can’t even complain about non-delivery ! (Which also means they don’t read the feedback) !
Worsest - Nobody seems to care about customers here ! I sent faxes to their office with my contact No.s - NOBODY has responded yet !
Please be VERY careful while buying anything from there.
They seem to be on the verge of closure !
Or, they will be forced to close down if their attitude to customers does not improve !
