Hi!
I ordered an audio Cd 2 months ago from firstandsecond.com & my credit card was immediately charged.Delivery time stated was 14-19 days , so I waited.Then, they said its not available at primary warehouse, so has to be procured from secondary warehouse.i waited again.Then, they mailed me that my order is out of stock (Which is not possible as the Cd I ordered is one of the highest selling of all time).They requested me to change my order, which I did.
Now 1 month after changing the order & after writing them tons of email, I received a mail that the shipment was misplaced & I would receive it at my address in 7-8 days.Its been 2 weeks since then & I have’nt received it yet.
They have stopped replying to my emails now & turned a deaf ear.I cancelled my credit card, the one I used to pay them, as a safety measure; & I would recommend that all those who have ordered anything from them , do so.
I just wonder what legal recourse I have against them.I definitely want my money back & a compensation for all the inconvenience.
They are liars & thieves.
