These guys are either about to shut down, or they are total cheats. Either way, your money has a high chance of disappearing.
Its been 2 months since I placed my order for two books... and the money was debited instantly. But no shipment has arrived. Nor can you get any useful update out of them.
If you call their Delhi office, someone who can speak only Hindi will keep saying "ab dekhna padega na" etc I wrote to their email id and someone called "lovedeep" claims the shipment has been delivered to my "office". How this is possible when the shipment address was my residence, elicits no response again.
Frustrating to say the least!
The courier also seems to be hand in glove. He claims the shipment is delivered, but when asked for POD, instantly slips back to "we’ll check saar"
Please DONT waste your money on this website. And yeah, before their man comments on this saying "no such id"The order # is 00311-90400-70580
