This is probably the worst online shopping experience I’ve had in the last 3 years. I used my credit card to buy a CD on Feb 2nd, 2002. My card was promptly charged & TO DATE..[Sep 2002] I have not received my shipment. Customer service do not respond to my e-mails. Once in 2 months I get a message informing me that the item is not YET in stock, I cannot cancel or change my order either. Since I’m based in B’lore, I cannot interact with them directly. They are nothing but a lousy bunch of con-men. DO NOT SHOP AT FIRST & SECOND.
F & Second should not be allowed to take advantage of people like this & I would like to take legal action against them. If ANYBODY out there has experience handling situations like this PLEASE email me through MouthShut.
I’m a frequent shopper at Amazon.com. Amazon IS the world’s best shopping site. I recommend them highly & hope they start offering their services in India soon.
