This website that claims to be India’s answer to Amazon.com is such a big cheat-shop, you would actually hurl stones at them. First of all they immediately debit your card without even checking if stocks of books are available and then - they take ages to ship a book - if at all they ship. Then they debit your credit card again - yes this is what happened to me. All emails bounce back and there is no way to contact them once you have placed an order. I have a strong feeling this is just a front office for a fraud team to collect credit card numbers...
I have tried again to contact them and it is impossible to reach anybody there. They have already charged twice to my credit card - and nothing has been shipped yet.
