Firstcry has appointed Big B as their brand ambassador. Of course they want to use Big B’s popularity and image to spread their business in India. And of course they are doing it successfully too.
Product range is good and if you are looking for any product for your baby or kid then you rest assure you will get that here. And quality of products are also good. And you will see many offers with products also.
Unfortunately most of the offers are not discounts they offers cash back, so once you get cash back offer for a product then you have to purchase another product to use the cash back offers. And once again you will get another cash back offer and then you have to purchase anther product to redeem that cash back, and the story goes on and on.
Products are good but Firstcry please work on your product delivery process. Product comes very late after purchasing it. I purchased twice from this site and both the time it tool more than 2.5 weeks to get. In today’s date this is quite dis satisfactory. And I also have another experience of replacing product, the replacement process is very lengthy. And when a kid or baby waiting for something and we have to make them understand for issue form Firstcry then that creates irritation and dissatisfaction.
So if you want to make a good brand name then please work on your delivery process and after sale service.
