I am writing in reference to my order number 35715610BCND6C6B3A, which includes the Babyhug Bubble Joy Bather Aquatic Print - Blue. Unfortunately, I received a damaged/leaked item and was unable to find the option to initiate a return.
While I noticed the option for a replacement, I would prefer to process a return only. Kindly address this concern and generate a return request at the earliest.
Please note that my account is under premium service. If this request is not processed, I will be compelled to escalate the matter to consumer court as it may be considered a case of fraudulent practice towards consumers.
