Must confess that their service is superb. Even for a single SKU of soap, they do not charge for home delivery. What’s more encouraging is that the product is delivered in 24 hours. Free courier + fast delivery = extreme customer satisfaction.
I cannot understand how they are able to deliver a soap worth Rs.35, free of cost at your door step- when the courier charges itself would eat into their margins, but anyways, as a consumer, I stand satisfied.
They keep adding on to their product range & customer service has also been amazing until now.
