An amazing e-shopping experience

I came to First cry last year after being sick of paying full price on diapers in stores when they offered about 10% on my brand online. I have been a regular customer on their site for a year now, and as in regular I mean I order stuff at least 2-3 times a month, I never EVER had an issue with them.

Last year for Christmas I bought my daughter the Fisherprice Dora kitchen and it was to come free with another Dora toy, when the package arrived the free toy was not there, I called them immediately and they checked with the courrier company (Tanvi express) and gtot back to me int he 5 minutes promised, turned out Tanvi was the one who forgot to load the second parcel that was containing the other toy and they promised to deliver the next day, which they did.

I really don’t understand the negative reviews about people who bought items that were not of good quality, you can’t blame First Cry for it, the brand of the item you bought is the faulty one, not First Cry.

And I found out that there is a LOT of extremely unsafe crappy brands on the Indian market to begin with, First Step and Sunbaby are horrendous, regardless of where you buy them. Cheap priced item of non-descript brand are almost guarantee to be cheap looking and low quality, so do your homework.

One thing I also love about First cry is that they are sister site with Goodlife.com, so I can place my orders from both site in one shopping cart, one bill and all come in one delivery be it a baby book or a shampoo bottle. On one occasion an order placed on Goodlife could not be fully shipped, they called me and sent me an email about the same telling me the face cream I ordered was damaged when they did the quality check, so they refunded the amount before even shipping the parcel, and int he email sent me a 100 rupees voucher as an apology...the face cream was worth 50 rupees or so! They did that before sending me my order, so I wouldn’t have to call the customer care. The voucher, like all their voucher is of course valid on the two sites. The only thing I find a tad annoying with the vouchers is that you can’t redeem them on diapers as these are always excluded from any special offers and scheme they have going, but then I am a regular enough customer to spend the vouchers on something else anyway. Also always look out for their promotions they have where you could possible win back the total amount of your bill back in vouchers (not valid on diaper purchase though...yet again) I always got about 10-15% cashback in vouchers with these special offers, always welcome.

Oh and in the good service department there was a time were they were upgrading their system and didn’t ship my order as fast as usual, and we are talking one day delay, again they immediately emailed me before I got to call them about it and apologised sending along a 100 rupees voucher with it. What other website does that I ask you!
