Firstcry.com is a famous website to buy things for children and kids and I found many exciting offers on this website and made my mood to buy some gifts for my little cousins. In march they offered a coupon code "MN25MAR" which offered flat 25% cashback and 25% Discount also.
I had bought some apparels like a t-shirt jeans and a frock my 4- year old cousin sister. They charged 69 Rs. delivery charge which was too expensive but I thought that it can make up with the discounts and cashbacks. The order made a subtotal of 1349+ 69 and I Paid through Debit card.
When the products reached my home, I was disgusted by the poor quality of the goods because they were looking like that purchased from local roadside peddlers.
I tried to reach the customer care and sent an email regarding poor quality for which I received a reply after 4 days. The phone-helpline IVR was stuck at " All our representatives are busy at the moment, you will be connected shortly".
They had very rigid return policy of just replacement and no return. I raised a replacement request and after 12 days, the same quality goods were again sent to me.
They deliver such low quality products and so they offer heavy discounts!
