I’ve been shopping at Firstcry.com for over 3 years now, almost every single month. This site has a wide range of almost anything and everything that you need for your baby. The site has great things meant for babies and kids, while books and accessories and some dresses for older kids are also available.
I’ve been buying everything from diapers, thermometers, bath and grooming requirements, clothes, shoes, baby sunscreen lotions, feeding accessories, toys, books, rhyme CDs, puzzles, school stationary and much more from this site. Now, that my kid has grown big, I don’t need the baby stuff anymore, but I buy a lot of dresses, story books and puzzles from this site. I find the prices and discounts pretty good.
The customer care is also good and helpful. On two occasions the things I received were damaged, one of them was returned and changed immediately, but the other could not be returned as my kid had tore away the packaging. So, their return policy also works smoothly.
The only one complain I have, is that recently the delivery boy who comes to my area is very rude and behaves very awkward.
