Order no.459858LW775A0399. Ordered on 2nd Dec, got message stating order shipped on 3rd Dec. Order status states it reached my city Chennai on 5th Dec.
Still not received the order. Asked them to cancel the order as ordered the products as gifts for 2 birthdays. Both the birthdays are over and had to buy from elsewhere for it. They have not given any date for the refund. NEVER buy from Firstcry. Absolutely pathetic delivery!!!
