Frauds online with just no quality checks

Thrice I have had an issue with firstcry but each time I got tempted by something or the other.

Last experience was horrible as I bought a party dress to gift to some one for her bday and it came with a major defect.

When I called the site they said that all they can do is send me a voucher of 100 rs which I denied for as I had no time so got it stitched by a tailor and gifted it. But now just after one single use I got a call back from my friends that entire set of stitches have come out as they were not checked well before dispatching and now I too can’t get it stitched as the entire ruffles design is out (

Dear Mohitsangal,We have verified the communication our team had with you on this matter.Since the product delivered was deemed unusable by you initially, we had offered to arrange for a reverse pick up from the shipping address & send a fresh piece against it.
