Firstcry and its subsidary FRAUD Xpressbees is a fraudster company.
Reason:
Their website shows that my PREPAID- Order no:116546OUC2010607 with Tracking number#2BB04147229 as DELIVERED on 3rd Feb 2015 which is FALSE
I usually dont tend to follow up on my orders, however just because I had to gift this, I did a follow up and found that the website shows as delivered.I called and confirmed the same from Xpressbees fraudster courier also.
If Xpressbees fraudster courier company tells that because of a fraudster employee this happened, it doesnt mean that they are not to be blamed, same way, If firstcry says that its not their issue.then this doesnt makes sense.
I have logged an Issue Ticket no#1012742, so let us see what happens.Once I get an update, ill update mouthshut also.
Lessons learnt as of now:Dont Go for Prepaid order in FRAUD Firscry.com i.e. Never go for Online payment in firstcry because the product order may land in some fraudster Firstcry XpressBees illegal hands.
My Findings as to why Fraud Firstcry XpressBees is a failure:
1)We wont get any confirmation sms that order is delivered.
2)SMS would be sent just informing that Order is out for delivery without stating the deliver agents phone number .
3)For working people they dont have time to follow up for orders placed, they are mostly dependent on sms notifications like other courier companies or at least a call from delivery agent which hasnt happened for my case.
Suggestion to Firstcry Xpressbees:
It is strange that you are unable to innovate or atleast match upto other courier companies like gojavas, bluedart, delhivery or Amazon Transport services.
Your sms doesnt even contain the contact no of the delivery agent.
It is quite strange that even startups have 24 x 7 customer care number but you guys are only 10 am to 7 pm IST.

Hi All,
Finally I got my order delivered with an expected Twist on 6th Feb 2015
I called multiple times, finally I got a call from Hyderabad supervisor Ramesh+9140-66499533 who conference the call with the delivery Guy.
The delivery guy informed that he had met me personally and handed over which I politely denied and I also conveyed him that he didnt even give me a missed call on that day too.
The delivery guy said he will come to my place within few minutes and meet me to which I said ok(Although I was in my office but the building where I live is jointly owned by my extended family members with 27x7 CCTV surveillance where even I can view live and recorded action in my mobile)
After he came along with one person & the Parcel and called me.I informed that I can see him live in cctv and he started apologizing, pleading and requesting me to state to his supervisor he had delivered to his neighbor to which I said that I cant.After his much persuasion, I politely asked him to hand over the parcel to my relatives in 2nd floor and leave which he did.
I would like to thank Vaibhav who was the only person from Xpressbees for coordinating and assisting.
However Firstcry and Xpressbees should note that they cant just put the blame on their delivery guy and ignore this issue as theere a word call ownership which they have failed to achieve so.
Moreover it would have been ok if the delivery was late or cancelled but as per FC it was already delivered.
Just imagine if I hadnt followed up, I wouldnt had got the deliver at all and later FC would have feigned ignorance.
If the courier guy was unable to deliver due to some issues or targets, he could have delivered the next day also.He didnt deliver it next day not even cared to call which means that he would have even stolen it unless I wouldnt have escalated this.
On the whole, Firstcry XpressBees have done FRAUD and Infact had Stolen my package and mentioned in their database as PARCEL Delivered on 3rd when in fact I got my parcel only after I escalated and conveyed that I can provide proof from cctv as well as my call records.
Hence I would like to term Firstcry XpressBees as fraudsters and Thiefs.
Im also attaching CCTV grabs of the delivery guy came on 6th, calling me and handing over the parcel.
Given the amount of mental stress and trauma Firstcry Xpress bees has given me, I would definitely need some sort of compensation, if not I may promote the actual s across their competitor sites by contacting their marketing PRs which may give me some mental relief so that people should know the truth.
