This started on May when I ordered an earing for my daughter. It was damaged so I returned it following all the processes. Then I received my refund as it was suppose to happen. Then on August I ordered a dress for my daughter, but it got cancelled. When I saw half the money credited I called customer care and got to know that they had cut half my money on account of my previous order as they did not receive the correct item( I had given them wrong product). Although I had uploaded picture before returning, and after getting refund of the same, they say that they did not receive the correct product and debited my half money without any call, email confirmation or anything. If I wouldnt had called customer care I wouldnt have got to know about this. Please keep checking your accounts, dont know what is going behind. Trust is important and they have lost mine.
