First being one of my favourite website, has turned out to be worst.
My 4 return orders pick up has already been done but no refund till date and I am following up with them for last one month but no response till now.
amount is approx 5000 rs and entire team is just spineless and not at all responsible that Customers hard earned money is blocked with you due to your poor services.
I think First cry don not have efficient team to resolve issue.
Never shop with this site.
