It is really sad to know that first cry is very smart in hiding things. When I ordered the product nowhere it was mentioned that reverse pick up is not available for this product. Where as in past from the same pincode address reverse pick up was done for dresses etc .First cry u should be fair. It seems when it comes to shelling out money for courier u will do so only for which first cry earns a lot like garments.Return policy should be explicit and available to customer before ordering the product on the item description itself or if it’s not there it should be in customers favour/ convenience and not always keeping profit in mind. .highly disappointed.I used to order a lot from firstcry but from now on will be discouraged. U quietly changed the policies saying now our logistics doesn’t provide pickup. If it was so atleast put it up on product description. order #1852154RQV7780328
