Read Interesting story.Never buy any product from FC. My order suppose to deliver on 10th Aug 2015 but both FC and Currier(Aramex) has not given nay update till 12th Aug.
When I started tracking from my end. I found my product has reached to my city but after that no update. Than I called to FC CC and asked for the delay, they said I will deliver you product with 48 hours i.e. 14th Aug. Till that time I was little angry but thought might be some issue is there.
But when not seen any progress till 14th. Again I called them and asked there is no progress in my complain. I tracked and found there is no update after 11th Aug. After that I called them 15-20 times but there IVR says they will call back but not got a single call. Then I tried to cal Currier company but there also most no’s was unreachable and some was ringed but no one picked.
After that without any call and update they have delivered one item on 17th Aug and one on 20th Aug. Now, see how updated they are, my item delivered on 17th but from day 1 till now in Firstcry it’s showing dispatched. Might be they will update there record next year.
I will never buy any product from the place. I don’t know why Mr. Bacchan is doing the advertisement for this company. He is reducing the faith what we have on them.I have attached some proof. If there will be any option to select -ve I would opted for that
