Worst customer service

I purchased a dress on 2019, I don’t like it so I returned them. Due to lockdown I haven’t booked anything for a year, when I again booked they took ₹1499 from my order and the order gets cancelled also, when I asked they are saying the dress which I purchased on 2019 was not returned so they are retrieving that amount. I don’t even remember much from 2 years back, but I don’t have that dress.


I was talking with the customer service but no one repay my money.


Worst experience. Don’t go for it. They fet GST also from us.


I don’t like it. Product quality also not up to the mark.
