Recently I ordered a Mee Mee Pram through First Cry, after which I found that the model is already discontinued in market and much better prams of same company is available in other websites at much lesser cost. After booking it took so long to deliver. After which they sent a coupon code worth Rs. 250 with certain terms and conditions. When I try using this coupon code , it didn’t work for any of the product. I called up customer care many times and they dont seem to activate it till the coupon code validity date gets over
Overall it seems to be a fake offer and coupon code from Firstcry is made invalid till its expiry date. Avoid using First cry, if you are going with Firstcry purchase using COD so that you can reject accepting the parcel, if it is too much delayed.
