I recently brought a product from Firstcry which was defective and raised a return request.The pick up executive couldnt come because of reasons known only to him.I complained to Customer care several times every time they say only one thing will pickup at the earliest.One of the worst customer service experience.ITs been 25 days and the product is yet to be picked.I have done everything possible to convey my issue to them but nobody is accountable.Never ever buy online from Firstcry.
