Do not know where to start,
-Quality of product delivered is cheap for the price they charge.Website photos and description are false and misleading.Fitting of the clothes is horrendous.Material quality is same as a Muslin cloth.
-Out of say 5 products that you order they will deliver only maximum 2 and say that they could not find the other products that you ordered in stock with any other supplier.
-They do not stick to the timelines. Their website says 8-10 days but it takes upto a month to get the products to be delivered.
-Their delivery service guys xpressbees and their customer service team have no co-ordination abilities.You might cancel the product because it’s taken too long but they still deliver the product and on top of it deliver it to some random person and refuse to refund your money.
-Suggest it is better to go and buy clothes from a shop instead of online from these guys.Atleast you can see the material, fitting and you get the stuff the same day plus you get good customer service.
-Will never buy from these guys again.Has caused me a lot of stress in my pregnancy having to follow up with their customer service representatives.
