HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

PLEASE DONT BUY FROM FIRSTCRY. ITS THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES WHO WRITE GOOD REVIEWS ONLINE TO FOOL PEOPLE.


This is regarding my recent order which is still not dispatched. I wanted them to arrive to me by 31st oct today. When I called your number I spoke to an IDIOT ADITYA who was ruthless, courtesy less, unsympathetic about my issue and is telling straight away to cancel my order.  One of the shoes that I ordered is yet to be procured and so they hold up rest of the products also which is unacceptable. You guys didnt even bother to call me or email me about this WHY? Why should I be calling you to ask about my order status. What the hell is going on here?


Im leaving out of country on nov 2nd for a vacation and I wanted these products, that is the reason I ordered them in the first place. He is telling me give me 24hrs to check and tell me. What the hell I don’t have 24hrs plus to wait, I needed them tomorrow the latest.


If this is what it was I would have gone and bought some stuffs from shop directly. Now I don’t have time for that also because of your screwed up customer care and irresponsible team. Morevoer this Aditya refused to give me a manager on call and is taking shots. He is telling me to cancel the order directly. Is this the way you deal with customers? what the Fuck? Where is the customer service?


I had used a cash refund of 200 something on my account which was due by firstcry. I need this money back to my bank account. I wont be buying anymore stuff from First cry and will never recommend anyone to do so.I will ensure to write about my horrible experience every where possible and spread this feedback.
