First cry is the worst worst website. Against my FIRSTCRY order Number:746754SPH165C626, I have received used and very old products. The quality of the product is very poor, 2 items are looked very old. Even the boxes damaged and chipped, that is tattered looks in very bad condition. I have request FRISTCRY for return but they are forcing me to take the product because these are compo product and not damaged. The quality of the product is very poor. Outer and inner of the product you can see from your eyes are old and used. I have tried many times to customer care no. but CC.No not respond. This whole details which I got that side but now .it’s phone number are not responding from anywhere. . FIRSTCRY are selling cheap and used products to the customer, after taking money in advance, now forcing to the customer to take the product. his is also a fake site like all other fake sites cheating people. ITS A FRADULENT WEBSITE PLEASE DONT BUY FROM FIRSTCRY.
