Color – White (Frilled frock)
However, the item that I have received was totally different. I had ordered for a Party wear frock which was frilled, satin cloth, but they send some dress which is not even good for daily wear. I also called up Firstcry customer support and spoke to a lady called Tina Gudani, she did not help me in giving any information on what went wrong, no clarity on why this happened, very bad customer interaction. She only put me on hold more than 10 times, and finally she disconnected my call.
I am waiting for a resolution from Firstcry, this was my first order and I have already lost interest in them. They arranged to pick up my product back on the 13th however, they have still not refunded my money.
