Terrible Customer Service and Delivery Delays Hi

I am extremely disappointed with the service Ive received from Firstcry. I placed an order on 1st May 2025, and despite the promised delivery date having long passed, I still have not received my product. To make matters worse, I have made multiple inquiries about the order status and received no response or satisfactory explanation from customer service.


This is not the first time Ive faced such issues with Firstcry. Ive previously lodged complaints regarding delivery delays, but nothing has changed. As a paying customer and member, I expected better treatment, professionalism, and, most importantly, timely deliverynone of which Ive received.


The lack of communication and respect for customer concerns is shocking. It feels like the company is indifferent to its customers, and they have no regard for professionalism or transparency. Ive paid for a membership in good faith, and yet I continue to face these issues, with no visible improvement.


I am now forced to escalate my complaint, and I will not be recommending Firstcry to anyone. If you’re considering using their services, think twice. Save yourself the hassle and choose a company that values its customers and delivers on its promises.
