Our baby turned 1, one of our invited guests bought a huge baby toy from first cry store(alkapuri arcarde, VADODARA) and gifted us. It is very likely to receive multiple products of similar kind and same thing happened here, we got 2 similar gifts. We had already opened 1 toy and used it, so decided to request our guest to provide the bill so that we could exchange it with another toy. I went to the store and asked for an exchange, wasted 40 minutes arguing with the person but he wasn’t ready to exchange it. We had all the required receipts and the toy in as-is condition but he isn’t ready to exchange it. Could anybody help here on what needs to be done?
