My first order was frocks and shorts for my baby girl . somewhere during march . But it was not fit to my daughter despite having written on it its size viz for 2 years old but it was very tight . I called back to customer care for replacing it but didn't respond and after continued diailng for about one month finally they replaced and I got my desired size .
The main thing is the frustration and hussel which I faced for returning my goods was so much mess.
Isn't it easy after purchasing offline .
The quality of all products were just normal except few instance which happens anywhere and i’d not always recommend a buy from that site. However my frequency of purchase reduced when Mahindra acquired stakes in it and in my perpective, the offers were not genuine any more with tax charges ( technique followed by Myntra) additionally added on product over offer price. As few had mentioned, yes the prices of most of the products have shot up in recent yrs. it has lowered its standards very high price as compared to Pantaloons . This makes online shopping doubtful.
