Went for shopping there for my yet to be born baby with lot of enthusiasm. I am in my 9th month and wanted to lot of shopping for my baby. First 5-10 mins really went well. I was checking baby’s shirts and shortlisted few. After that suddenly another salesgirl came to the girl attending us and aked her to stop showing articles. Some sort of internal discussion happened and we were waiting for it to get over. Which was really irritating part.Post that the another disinterested sales girl started showing us collection. I wanted to check on e baby towel which she said she cannot open as it is hard to fit it back to box. I was not ok with it as i can’t buy an item for my baby by just looking at the box. Probably her concern could be genuine but the way she refused and before that thier internal discussion i completeley lost interest in shopping. I complained it to the guy sitting at counter he supported sales girl which i appreciate but if he could have understood customer’s agony that would have been best part. At that moment i stopped shopping. Paid the bill whatever i selected by that time and left the store for not coming back again. Worst customer service. Probably u have many customers now and doesn’t matter if u are losing the ones like me. Anyways i don’t know if such review really bothers you but i decided to pen down.
