Worst company for call center. Not at all good management . Not a singel tl is intrested in the problems of agents.headphones broken not audibel not a singel person is concernd about it. Just take the call as hell as u can . We dont care about the systems.security check is like CIA for every time you entry and exit there is whole body security check .not even 10 rupee note is allowed they will give warning later
