I’ve never seen such a undisciplined company. First, I thought it is a fortune 500 company and it will be too good. But their recruitment process is worst than a street shop. No transparency at all.
They would say that you are selected. But they will never call back. Because of them, I lost two other valuable jobs because of their poor HR practices. HR is worst in FIS. I advise nobody to join FIS.
