He is the most egoistic person I have ever met in my life. (e.g. Suppose you got a good news and shared it with your colleagues but forget to acknowledge him then YOU ARE IN TROUBLE)
He is always surrounded by his flatterer and they are his eyes and ears obviously. Try to recognise them ASAP so that you can save yourself.

IF YOU WANT TO WORK IN FIS THEN REFRAIN FROM CROSSING HIM ELSE YOU HAVE TO ACCEPT HIS SLAVERY TO SURVIVE.
FIS is a good organization but some of the managers are putting its reputation in danger.
(One manager get fired already because he was asking favour to release a girl on short notice period)
