Fiserv offered me 7.5 lacks package and 3 months B1 trip to US.
They claim to be Fortune 500 company but nowt!
Fiserv India is not part of FISERV INC. They just provide services to all companies under the umbrella of Fiserv INC.
If you want to be part of a product development company then dont go for FISERV. They are pure Services company.
They claim to provide subsidized meal. But the cost is included in your CTC.[ In my 7.5 lacks].
They charge 40 rupees per meal and put it as Cost to company undr subsidy. They charge 30 rupees /month as nominal amount from the employee. Here irony is both susidy money and employee contribution is shown in CTC.
They do not provide Sodexho .
Facilities in PUne location are good. They have good GYM, POOL and Sports room too.
Employees are ill treated . They have hell lot of stringent policies. We cannot carry MP3 players, Camera phones to the work location.
You will get a bunch of roten roses at the time of joining and thats the last gift to you from the company. If you are expecting a T shirt or a cap then you should buy!
You should wear full formals. Security gaurd is your next manager. He has power to throw you out of company!
Technology wise FISERV is a good place . They have many maintenece projects in JAVA and.NET.
If are staying late then you should not expect a drop facility!
Another big thing is. Medical insurance is very limited and if you want to extend the cover then you should pay it from your pocket.
Atleast 50K is deducted from you for Medical Insurance, Free Meal, Gym etc.
