I got this band for my birthday last year and worked well till the strap broke off. Now I am trying to get the strap replaced but this seems to be a very difficult task . There seems to be no service centers around me.
Apart from the support, The band is really good with a decent mobile app(I use the android version). For me this seems to be one of the best bands in the lot. Battery is decent and the band can be used for 4 days on a single charge.
