This is regarding the Koramangala - Oasis Center branch. They cheated me and my friend & completely deny the fact. We joined in December 2011, they promised personal trainers which turned out to have a hidden cost of 15000. Their only means of customer payment of monthly fees is either credit card or cash. My Friend doesn’t have a CC so they promised me that as a security measure my CC information was required & they won’t charge me for his monthly fees.
However, it has always been otherwise. They are misutilzing my card information & are billing me twice a month. If I want to break the contract period which I believe is over(4 months) then they give me another hidden clause of 1 month’s notice period. This is completely a sham & a fraudulent team.
I hope someone would take an action against these white collared criminals.
