The gym facilities are great and I had enrolled for 6 months with my credit card details. After completion of 6 months they didn’t even bother asking if I would like to continue being a member and they just continued using my card. While calling them to deactivate my membership they say they need a notice period of 30 days and they will be deducting money for the next month when I’m not even interested in using their gym! They even told me they can freeze my membership for a bit but I would be charged 25% for not even using the gym! All they are interested in is money they don’t care about anything else! After this experience I’d prefer to join Golds gym or Snap fitness as these guys are just too money minded!
