I wish I could rate them on a scale of minus. From the minute I made the payment I was continuously being fooled by them. They are extremely manipulative and have got no manners to behave or ethics to speak, especially with a woman.
They have this so called packages named Platinum and Gold for personal training.
After discussion, I agreed on Platinum and he offered me a discount of Rs. 2000.
To my surprise, after a week the Gym owner(MR. Avinash) very rudely just stuck off the Platinum and degraded the package to Gold without informing me, reason being I was offered a discount. I rectified this from my gym tracking card.
On enquiring, the owner simply started to yell at me and said you can leave if you are not satisfied, I have hell lot of clients it will not make any difference to my business. I was surprised at this behavior of him towards a woman.
Since i had already made the payment I could do nothing but continue, and then comes the role of their very talented so called IRREGULAR "Personal Trainers". They have this rule 2 days Personal training 1-day cardio, you can’t take personal training continuously for more than 2 days, mind you, you miss your sessions due to trainers being irregular and no extension on your membership dates, they consider nothing. Trainers here trick you into buying protein shakes from them on double the MRP price. Sold the same protein shake to multiple people on different prices, Same one for weight gain as well as weight loss.
Not just this, On my 3rd 4th day of training it self i was asked to buy fat burners and other metabolism disturbing tablets from the trainer at a cost of Rs. 12000, I denied. Very few trainers are good and friendly.
Being a non localitie and in IT, I have too many travels. I work in shifts sometimes 8 hours sometimes 12-13 hours. I discussed on all this before joining and they were pleasing. Due to Personal/health reasons I had to take a break for 3 weeks+- and I informed him of gap well in advance. Still they had asked me to pay Gym fee to continue with my Personal training sessions. I agreed and I paid. In the month of December before taking a gap I informed him of the scenarios and said I am going to be out of Pune, so I will continue with my sessions once I am back in January. He asked me to pay gym fee again to continue. I agreed, now when I went to them to resume the owner didn’t stand on his words and said all the sessions were lapsed.
I still have 20 Sessions left with them which costs approx 5k as per their rates chart plus gym fee that I paid over and above for not using their services.
If you value your money, do think thrice before visiting this place.
