I Joined fitness one pink on Nov 2009. After a weeks time, I cam to know that I am carrying. Doctor advised not to do any works outs as I already had one miscarriage. So I went to Fitness One - Pink along with my husband and informed them that I need a break.
They too accepted and said I can rejoin upon producing the bill. I went on to Maternity and 2011, I planned to rejoin. When I went to the centre, I came to know due to commerical issues, they have closed that outlet and relocated to HSR Layout, which was too far from my home. The man-incharge told me that I can apply for refund and gave me a form to filled and submitted along with the copy of the bill. Based on this info, I enrolled in SNAP Fitness, which was close to my house, at affordable prices, good trainers, good housekeeping. After a while, took the particulars and reached the Fitness one outlet at domlur. One Mr.Sashidar, didn’t even treat me properly. I explained him all the facts. But in vain. He concluded that validity is over and nothing can be done. I lost 7000/- rupees on this.
Fitness One guys, at the time of Marketing, dont disclose any rules. Later when we reach them with some issues, they say that it is against rules and regulations and nothing can be done.
Everyone works hard for Money. It is not only Fitness One. But without realizing it and with no ethics these people are behaving. I considered as that if I have offered 7000.00 in Temple Hundiyal.
